INVISV Powers Vivaldi’s new Privacy Guard

Privacy has evolved from being a mere luxury to a fundamental necessity. With the exponential growth of online platforms and the pervasive nature of data collection practices, individuals are often left vulnerable to exploitation and intrusion.

We’re excited to announce our partnership with Vivaldi Browser, who like us are committed to improving your privacy and helping you regain control over your data.

Introducing Privacy Guard

Today, we are excited to unveil the newest fruit of our collaboration: adding INVISV’s Multi-Hop Relay technology in Vivaldi Browser, available as Vivaldi Privacy Guard in the latest snapshot Vivaldi release. This release will provide a free one-month trial of this service.

Privacy Guard provides decoupled IP privacy similar to INVISV Relay, separating users’ network identities from their data traffic using a Multi-Party Relay (MPR) architecture. With Privacy Guard, neither INVISV nor Vivaldi can tie your IP address to your Internet traffic, which means unlike a VPN there’s no single point of monitoring.

In addition to making sure your data is private, we also think it’s important for it to be seamless and blazing fast. We make that possible thanks to the rock solid infrastructure over at Equinix Metal and the global and zippy network over at Fastly that powers the second hop of the MPR.

Vivaldi-INVISV Partnership

Our goal is to help you reclaim your privacy in an increasingly interconnected world. We’ve built fundamentally new technologies while building on tried-and-true protocols to develop a suite of privacy-enhancing tools to safeguard your digital identity and secure your online activities. INVISV’s focus has been on the core technologies that make it possible to seamlessly improve user privacy.

Vivaldi Browser shares our dedication to empowering users and championing privacy rights. With its built-in privacy features and commitment to open standards, Vivaldi has earned a reputation as a browser that puts users first. By joining forces with Vivaldi, we aim to elevate the standard of online privacy protection and provide users with greater control over their digital footprint.
